The City of Acworth and Cobb County PD detectives are currently working jointly and investigating multiple burglaries that are similar in nature. Three other burglaries occurred on 05/07 and two on 05/13 in Acworth and Cobb. One was captured on videotape. The suspects will approach a house and speak with the owner. They will ask suspicious questions and learn where Hispanics are living in the neighborhood. Once they learn where the Hispanics are staying, they will knock on their door. The video shows one Hispanic male knock on the front door, go to the rear and come back out front talking on the cell phone. A few minutes later, 5 other Hispanics arrive. All suspects are wearing white hard hats and reflective vest, like the type that construction crews wear. We believe they are a part of a construction company near the Acworth area and they are committing the burglaries on their lunch break. They will only burglarize homes belonging to Hispanics
